Trusted viewers and executors do not use a paid vault-owner seat when they only receive limited shared access. Prices are AUD and subscriptions renew until cancelled.

Example review
“VELAREN gives me one place to keep the information my family would need. Instead of documents and details being scattered everywhere, I can see what’s done and what still needs attention.”
Example review
“I’d been putting off getting my affairs organised because it felt overwhelming. Breaking everything into manageable sections made the process far less daunting.”
Example review
“The biggest benefit for me is peace of mind. I can organise important information now rather than leaving my family to work everything out later.”

Clear answers about privacy, plans, family access and your information.
VELAREN is designed around private, permission-based access. Your account information is not automatically shared with family members or the person paying for a Family plan. You decide who can access shared information, and access can be reviewed or revoked when relationships change.
Documents uploaded to VELAREN are stored in VELAREN's protected cloud storage rather than on the public website. Access is controlled through your authenticated account and the sharing permissions you choose.
Yes. You can manage your subscription from Plans & Billing. You can move between Individual and Family as your needs change. Billing changes are handled securely through VELAREN's payment provider.
Yes. You can review or revoke a person's shared access. Family-plan membership and access to your private information are separate: removing an adult from a Family plan does not give the payer ownership of that person's data or automatically delete their account.
VELAREN is designed for separation, divorce, estrangement, blended families and other relationship changes. Relationship & Access tools help you review shared documents, emergency roles, possessions and other connections before changing access.
No. Being part of a Family plan does not automatically provide access to another adult's private vault. Sharing is intentional and permission-based, so you remain in control of what each trusted person can see.
Your information remains yours. Leaving or being removed from a Family subscription does not automatically delete your personal account or transfer your data to the plan payer. VELAREN provides a transition period so you can decide what to do next.
Yes. You can give trusted people access to appropriate information without making them a vault owner. This is useful for executors, adult children, close friends and other people who may need selected information.
VELAREN notifies you and gives you an opportunity to update your payment method. A temporary payment failure does not immediately remove paid access; a billing grace period applies while the payment issue is resolved.
No. VELAREN helps you organise information, documents, wishes and responsibilities, but it does not replace a legally valid Will or professional legal, financial, medical or other specialist advice.
